Amb. Namira Negm, Dr., currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law since September 2023 and as an Editorial Board Member for the International Organizations Law Review since January 2023. Since November 2017, Amb. Negm has held the position of Director at the African Migration Observatory within the African Union. Previous roles include serving as the Ambassador of Egypt to Rwanda and Legal Counsel at the Embassy of Egypt in Rwanda from October 2014 to October 2017, and as Director at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt from August 2013 to October 2014. Amb. Negm has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the American University in Cairo and has extensive diplomatic experience, including roles at the Mission of Egypt to the UN and various positions within Egyptian diplomatic missions. Amb. Negm holds a PhD in International Law from the University of London and has completed advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and the Hague Academy of International Law.
