Lisanne Fokkink is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in developing and executing people strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for Product & Engineering at Mollie since February 2020, Lisanne has played a key role in advising senior leadership, including the CEO and CTO, on people-related strategies. Previous roles include senior HR positions in Customer Operations, Commerce, and Enabling Functions at Mollie, as well as various interim HR consultancy roles at Rvdb. Lisanne has a strong foundation in HR management with a Master of Science in Policy, Communication, and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Windesheim.
