Janelle Relfe is an experienced professional in government affairs and legislative advocacy, currently serving as the Head of the Washington Office for Mutual of Omaha since October 2022. Prior roles include Associate Director of Legislative Affairs at NAFCU from January 2019 to October 2022, and various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, including Professional Staff with the House Financial Services Committee and working closely with Representative Jeb Hensarling as Legislative Director and Legislative Assistant. Janelle Relfe also has experience as a Legal Assistant at Duell Law Firm LLC and as a Special Assistant to Congressman Spencer Bachus, as well as holding earlier legislative roles with Congressman Larry Bucshon and Senator Jim DeMint. Janelle Relfe completed a degree at the University of South Carolina, following education at Myrtle Beach High School.
