Stancho Stanchev has a wealth of experience in the technical support field. Stancho began their career in 2012 at Hewlett-Packard, where they held the roles of Cloud & Converged Solutions Center of Excellence and Technical Solutions Consultant at HP Servers. In 2015, they moved to IBM, where they worked as a Remote Technical Support Representative (Software). Stancho'sduties included providing technical support, root cause analysis and consulting towards customers using IBM i in the Save/Restore area of the OS, as well as being the backup administrator for the System i equipment located in Sofia. In 2017, Stanchev joined Mojio as a Technical Support Engineer.

Stancho Stanchev has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Technical University Sofia, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Stancho also attended Foreign Language School in Shumen from 2003 to 2008. In addition, Stanchev has obtained various certifications, including CompTIA Cloud+ from CompTIA in July 2017, HP ATP - Cloud Administrator V1 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in February 2016, HP ATP - Server Solutions V2 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in February 2016, HP Apollo 8000 System Master from Hewlett Packard Enterprise in February 2015, and CompTIA Server+ from CompTIA in August 2014.
