Monika Krzewska (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monika started their career in 2005 as a Laboratory Technician at Foyle Food Group, where they worked until 2013. Following that, they joined Caffè Nero in 2014 as a Store Manager, a role they held until February 2022. Currently, Monika is working as a Human Resources Coordinator at ModSquad, a position they started in January 2022.

Monika Krzewska (Assoc CIPD) has pursued their education in various fields over the years. In 2017, they attended North West Regional College and completed a Level 2 Accountancy program, focusing on Accounting and Finance. Monika then continued their studies at the same college from 2019 to 2020, completing a Level 3 HR Management program, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Monika Krzewska studied at South West College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Level 5 CIPD HR Management.
