Kevin Craig began their work experience in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at Aegis Global. Kevin worked there from April 2014 to June 2015. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Technical Support Specialist at Conduent, where they worked from June 2018 to November 2019. Following this, Kevin joined Amazon as a Customer Service Representative from December 2019 to March 2020. In 2020, they joined Century Games as a Game Operation Specialist, holding the position from March 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Kevin is working at ModSquad as a Customer Service Representative starting in August 2022.

Kevin Craig completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Adamson University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Kevin also obtained additional certifications, including the EF Set certification from EF Standard English Test in April 2022 and the CRC Certificate Course from Credit Repair Cloud in January 2021.
