Christopher Erisman is an experienced restaurant general manager with a strong background in operations and staff development. Currently serving as General Manager for Modern Restaurant Group since March 2018, Christopher supervises daily activities, focuses on inventory management, and enhances customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Christopher was General Manager at Paloma Tacos & Tequila Bar, where leadership in operations and marketing strategies bolstered sales during a new restaurant launch. As Assistant General Manager at Atlantic Surf Club, cost-saving measures contributed to a significant profitability turnaround. Christopher holds upper-level credits in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach State College and graduated with a High School Diploma from Monarch High School.
