Richard Rotbard

Richard Rotbard has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Richard began their career in 1993 at pcAmerica, where they held various roles including Web Master, VP of Technical Services, Marketing, and National Accounts Manager. Richard was then promoted to President in 2004 and was responsible for the company's operations and finance. During this time, pcAmerica grew exponentially in size and revenue and was ultimately acquired by Heartland Payment Systems in 2015. At Heartland, Richard was the Senior Vice President of Heartland Commerce, responsible for the company transition related to finances and operations. Richard then moved on to Xpanse LLC in 2016, where they served as President. Richard's role at Xpanse was to architect small business technology processes, policies, workflows, organizational structure and money making/cost cutting strategies. In 2017, Richard became the CEO of SOOP, an online ordering system for restaurants featuring text/sms ordering capabilities and artificial intelligence to allow customers to use natural language to place orders. Finally, in 2011, Richard was the President of Snap, an add-on service to a loyalty system that promotes predefined messages to a user's social network message board.

Richard Rotbard attended SUNY New Paltz from 1990 to 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
