Jesse Knaak, PE, serves as the System Engineering Manager at Modern Railway Systems since February 2015, leading a diverse team of engineers in areas such as railroad and transit system integration, operations analysis, and safety planning. Prior to this role, Jesse worked as a Systems Engineer focused on signal and communication design at LTK Engineering from June 2006 to January 2015 and served as a Systems Consultant at HNTB from December 2001 to May 2006, specializing in signal systems design and project management. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1998 and 2000.
