Bilal Mukhtar is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project and site management. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Engineer at the Rail Land Development Authority since June 2022, Bilal has also held positions as a Civil Engineer with Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Limited since May 2018. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. from July 2015 to August 2017 and Site Engineer at Sombansi Enviro Engg. Pvt. Ltd. from January 2009 to March 2012. Bilal Mukhtar earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak (2012-2015) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kashmir Government Polytechnic Srinagar (2007-2009).
