Yakima Packwood has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. The most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources & Information Technology at Modern Psychiatry and Wellness LLC since October 2020. Prior to that, Yakima worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Graphic Village from December 2019 to October 2020, providing HR support and maintaining records. Yakima also served as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Axcess Financial in September to November 2019, handling employee support, audits, reporting, and system management. From November 2015 to December 2018, Yakima worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Concentrix/Convergys, providing support to the Global Vice President and handling legal reporting and immigration needs. Lastly, Yakima was a Human Resources Administrator at Just 4 Kidz Day Care from January 2012 to October 2015, managing recruitment, payroll, and daily operations.

Yakima Packwood completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University in 2015. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the same institution in 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Yakima received training in Immigration Training from SHRM in 2016 and also has a certification in Affirmative Action Compliance from Employers Resource Association.
