Asep Fuadi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Asep started their career as an Operator Pager at PT. Garco in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Asep then worked as a Receptionist at PT. Gunawan Eka Tama from 1999 to 2002. Asep joined PT. Sukses Sata Mandiri in 2002, where they initially worked as a Receptionist until 2004. Asep then moved to the HR department and worked as an HRD Staff until June 2009. Asep then joined PT. Alih Karya Utama as a Data Entry Polis Asuransi for a brief period from July 2009 to October 2009. After that, they joined PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance as an HRBP Support Officer from November 2009 to December 2014. In 2015, Asep joined ADA Group (PT. Pulau Jaya Mandiri, PT. David Roy Indonesia dan PT. Premier Boga Nusantara) as an HR Personalia, where they worked as an HRD Generalist until September 2016. Most recently, Asep worked at Modalku as a People Experience Operations Specialist from May 2019 onwards.

Asep Fuadi attended SMAN 1 Malangbong Garut from 1992 to 1995. Asep obtained their SMA degree and studied Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.
