Ashish Shah is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in fixed income and credit strategies. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Co-CIO Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs since August 2018, Shah previously held key positions at AllianceBernstein as Partner, Head of Fixed Income, and CIO of Credit, overseeing all credit-related strategies. Prior roles include managing credit strategy teams at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, as well as portfolio management at Blueborder Partners. Shah also founded and led Sagelogix Corp., and held CFO responsibilities at Level 3 Communications. Ashish began their career at Bankers Trust as Managing Director of Equity Arbitrage. Shah earned a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School in 1992.
