Hou Wen Tien has extensive experience in incident management and video conferencing technologies, currently serving as an Incident Manager and Microsoft Teams support shift lead at Modality Systems since June 2019. Prior to this role, Hou Wen Tien worked at PGi from November 2014 to June 2019 as a Video Conference Specialist and Video Incident Management Tier 3, focusing on managing critical Cisco Telepresence incidents and maintaining over 600 Video Endpoints. Earlier experience includes a position as a Pre Post Sales Engineer at ZTE Corporation, where project planning and customer interactions were key responsibilities. Hou Wen Tien holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, obtained in 2011.
