Lauren Vanhouteghem is a seasoned business consultant currently working at Möbius Business Redesign since 2019, providing expertise in transformation projects, change management, and digitalization with a focus on the life sciences sector. In addition to their consultancy role, Lauren serves as a committee member at AmCham Belgium, aiming to enhance business opportunities for the US-Belgian community.
