Mark Wright is a Senior Consultant specializing in Interaction Design at Opencast since October 2022, with significant experience collaborating with organizations such as DWP, The Pension Regulator, Defra, and HMRC. Previous roles include Principal Designer at Made Tech, where Mark championed user-centered design and contributed to the growth of the design community, and Senior User Experience Consultant at Capgemini Invent, responsible for improving services for HMRC. Mark has also held roles at Difrent, HM Revenue & Customs, and the NHS Business Services Authority, focusing on user experience design across various sectors. Mark holds a BA in Creative Digital Media from Teesside University, completed in 2017.
