Emilia Chobanova has worked as a Human Resources Specialist at MobiSystems, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to that, they were an Appraisal and Development Specialist at VIVACOM from May 2014 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for development and retaining programs, 360-degree management feedback, employer branding in social media, supporting the performance appraisal process, and employee engagement. Before joining VIVACOM, Emilia worked as an HR & Recruitment Consultant at HRS Bulgaria from June 2013 to May 2014 and as an HR Corporate Consultant at Entalent - Talent Management Professional Services from December 2011 to May 2013. Emilia started their career as a Training Administrator at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria in June 2010 and worked there until November 2011.

Emilia Chobanova pursued their education in a systematic and focused manner. Emilia started their academic journey at the University of National and World Economy, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economic Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Building upon this foundation, they then joined Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Consulting, successfully completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. These educational experiences demonstrate Emilia's dedication to gaining expertise in the fields of Economic Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Consulting.
