Mikarito Mika is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Coach-facilitator for the Harvard ManageMentor program at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry since April 2023, Mikarito has also held multiple roles at MobiCom Corporation LLC, including Business Coach, Talent Expert, HR Project Manager, and Talent Coordinator since October 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer at the Management & Strategy Institute and a Professional Trainer at JCI Mongolia. Additionally, Mikarito contributed to Business Radio 98.9 as a presenter for a program on communication. Academically, Mikarito holds a Doctor of Education in Education Management & Finance from Beijing Normal University, a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the National University of Mongolia, a Bachelor's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Fujian Normal University, and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Teacher from Culture and Education University.
