Hal White has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Hal started their career as a Systems Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama in 1998. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Flair Data Systems, where they were responsible for pre-sales network design and implementation. Hal then joined TekLinks in 2005 and held various roles, including Solutions Architect and Director of Consulting Services. During their time at TekLinks, they led major IT projects and built strong relationships with Cisco and other partners. In 2018, Hal White joined C Spire as the Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy and later became the Vice President of Engineering and Partner Strategy. In these roles, they managed professional services, strategic partnerships, and customer relationships. Their expertise includes network design, project management, and security solutions.

Hal White earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Samford University in 1997. Hal then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree from Regis University between 2004 and 2006. In 2009, Hal pursued an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2010.
