Marine Bonino currently serves as Responsable du centre de Formation et du Recrutement at Mobalpa since August 2015, overseeing recruitment and the implementation of training programs for stores, while managing a team of six and eleven partner trainers. Previous roles include Référente RH réseau, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment for 240 Mobalpa stores, strategy development for sourcing, and enhancement of employer branding through LinkedIn management. Additional experience in recruitment was gained at FOURNIER HABITAT and an internship with Adecco France, which included client and candidate management duties. Marine Bonino holds a Master 2 in Human Resources Management and a Master 1 in Organizational Management, along with a Licence in International Business Management.
