Robil Gergin is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as Directeur Investment Management Services and COO at MN, one of the largest pension administrators in the Netherlands, since January 2022. Previously, Robil held the role of COO at Achmea Investment Management from October 2017 to December 2021. A significant tenure at Rabobank from 1999 to 2017 included various leadership roles, such as Senior Product Manager Risk and Global Head of Financial Markets Services, where Robil oversaw substantial operational transformations and regulatory compliance initiatives. Robil holds a Master's degree in International Economics and Economic Geography from Utrecht University and has furthered education at London Business School and HEC Paris.
