CJ Tolerico currently serves as the Vice President and Compensation Business Partner at Ares Management Corporation, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, CJ was the Head of Compensation at FalconX from June 2022 to August 2023, and Associate Director of Compensation at Apollo Global Management Inc. from September 2020 to June 2022. CJ's career began at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included roles as an Analyst and Senior Analyst focused on Compensation Reporting, Metrics, and Equity Compensation from December 2013 to September 2020. CJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from Villanova University and has also studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
