Van Nguyen is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as the Training Design & Development Manager at MM Mega Market Vietnam since October 2022, where programs focused on essential skills and sales coaching are created and led. Prior to this role, Van Nguyen worked as a Corporate Trainer at ACACY Ltd., delivering training on product knowledge and soft skills. As Head of the Training Department at The Australia International English School, responsibility included managing operations across three branches and training teachers. Earlier experience includes serving as an English Instructor and providing Vietnamese language training at VLStudies. Van Nguyen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Linguistics and Literature from ĐH KHXH&NV and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Leeds Beckett University.
