Joanna Graffen currently serves as the Head of Senior School at MLC School Sydney since December 2022. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions at St Catherine's School Sydney from January 2016 to December 2022, including Director of Day School, Year 11 and 12 mentor coordinator, Tertiary (Careers) Advisor, and Year 8 and Year 9 mentor coordinator. Joanna's earlier experience includes working as a Secondary HSIE teacher at the Australian International School Hong Kong from January 2013 to December 2014 and serving as a Solicitor at Heard McEwan Legal from July 2007 to December 2010. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wollongong, a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Wollongong.
