Mike Sander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning across various sectors, including industrial automation and contract manufacturing. Currently serving as General Partner at MLACapitalPartners since January 2024 and as Strategic Market Growth Principal at MLA Companies since February 2021, Mike is focused on delivering finance and strategic solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include membership on the Board of Trustees for the Dayton Region Manufacturers Association and leadership positions at Sander Strategy LLC, EFP Industrial Automation, INVOTEC Engineering, GEMCITY Engineering and Manufacturing, and Corrpro Companies, Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Clemson University.
