Leah Pollack has over 20 years of work experience in various roles, starting with their most recent position as a Digital Ninja and Program Manager at Opening Bell Ventures LLC since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Consultant, Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Business Analysis Strategic Global Deployments at a consulting firm from 2018 to 2021.

Leah has also served as a Service Delivery Support Service Transition Manager at Dimension Data from 2017 to 2018, an Implementation Manager Business Analyst Technical Projects at Kuehne + Nagel from 2015 to 2017, and a Technology Project Solutions Project Manager Global Technology and Operations at Bank of America from 2010 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Operations, Technology, and Customer Service Consultant from 2007 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, Leah held roles such as a Project Manager with Business and IT and 1st Vice President - Treasury Bank at Countrywide Bank from 2006 to 2007, a Manager Technical Project Solutions at Expanets/Nexus from 1999 to 2005, and a Technical Services Manager and Global Project Manager at Infonet from 1998 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Leah has demonstrated a strong focus on project management, business analysis, and technology implementation.

Leah Pollack earned their Bachelor's Degree from New York University, where they studied Business Process, Project Management, and Information Technology. Leah attended the university from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degree, Leah has obtained certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2021, and the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in November 2022.
