Dave Kott has over 19 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations, and product development. Dave began their career in 2001 as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Infinite Conferencing, where they built the sales and marketing teams from the ground up. Dave then moved on to Onboard Informatics in 2010 as an Enterprise Account Executive, developing revenue sharing partnerships, growing revenue, and establishing long-term relationships. In 2013, they took on the role of Marketing Director at Westbrook Technologies, a software company, where they were responsible for inbound lead generation, budget, brand recognition, and management of the marketing team. In 2016, they became a Director of Business Development & Operations (Consultant) for Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. and in 2018, they joined MKO Advisors as the COO and Managing Director. In 2020, Dave co-founded Loop International Corporation, a Creator Empowerment Technology as a Service (CETaaS) platform, and also joined GuardSignal, LLC. as an Advisory Board Member.

Dave Kott holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business, as well as a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
