Kritan Gautam, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Research and Development at mk2 Biotechnologies since December 2021, previously holding roles as Science and Innovation Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Research Scientist and Field Application Scientist at ImmunoTools GmbH from August 2018 to November 2021, and a PhD candidate and Research Assistant at Universitätsklinikum Jena between March 2013 and November 2018, supported by a scholarship from the state of Thüringia. Kritan Gautam earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and holds a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine from the same institution. Additional educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Pokhara University, a high school degree from the National School of Sciences (NIST), and a high school diploma from The New Summit Higher Secondary School.
