Ralph Haney has worked in the IT sector for over twenty years. Ralph began their career in 1999 as IT Manager at National Scrip Center, where they managed a staff of six IT specialists in a complex network environment. In 2003, they moved to Avalon Natural Products as IT Manager, managing all aspects of Information Systems, including ERP migrations, financials, and project management. In 2007, they became IT Manager at The Hain Celestial Group Personal Care Division, where they managed all aspects of Information Systems, including business analysis, systems migrations, financials, budgeting and project management. From 2012 to 2013, they were Sr. Systems Specialist at Duckhorn Wine Company, providing systems support spanning two winery locations in Napa Valley and one remote in Anderson Valley, CA. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as IT Manager at Kibo / MarketLive, where they were part of the strategic merger of Fiverun, MarketLive, and Shopatron to create a unified omnichannel commerce solutions company called Kibo. From 2016 to 2020, they were IT Manager at EO Products. Most recently, they are currently IT Manager at Miyoko's Creamery. Ralph also founded and served as CEO of Glo-Blades International Inc. from 2009 to 2020.
Ralph Haney obtained a Networking/LAN Tech Certification from Information Management Instructional Training (IMIT) between 1997 and 1998. Ralph also attended College of Marin between 1984 and 1987, where they studied Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College, where they studied Web Design / Programming / SQL. In 2018, they obtained a NetSuite System Administration certification from NetSuite. Ralph also holds a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification from Microsoft.
