Rich Case is an accomplished IT Application Architect at SmithFoods, Inc. since January 2017, with prior experience as an IT Consultant at Main Sail, LLC in 2016. Rich's extensive career at Oatey Company spanned two decades, where Rich held various managerial roles, including overseeing security access and EDI operations, and leading the migration to Dynamics AX from a legacy ERP system. Rich's technical expertise was further demonstrated through managing the complete life cycle of applications on the AS400 platform and leading multiple successful projects, including a significant HR software upgrade. Rich began a career in IT as a Programmer Analyst at Victoreen and as a Systems Operator at DFT Lighting Inc., after earning an Associate of Applied Business degree in Micro Computer Applications from Cuyahoga Community College.
