Rob Julien is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in global human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional HR Leader for the Americas at Mitsui Chemicals America, Julien strategically leads HR projects and initiatives while coordinating regional activities. Previous roles include Interim Global Human Resources Director at Galata Chemicals, Vice President Human Resources and Sr. HR Business Partner at Sumitomo Corporation of America, and Senior HR Business Partner at GE Corporate. Early career experiences encompass positions at GE Asset Management, GE Healthcare, GE Aviation, and OSRAM SYLVANIA, where Julien provided comprehensive HR leadership and support. Rob Julien holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.
