Stephanie O'Connor has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Public Service Marketer at Clear Channel Radio. Stephanie then worked at Eschelon Telecom as a Senior Communications Specialist from 2000 to 2003, where they received recognition for exceeding sales quotas. From 2003 to 2005, Stephanie worked as a Sales Associate at Advanced Corporate Solutions.

In 2005, Stephanie joined ATI and took on various roles within the Human Resources department. Stephanie started as a Marketing Specialist and worked their way up to become a Senior Director of Human Resources. During their time at ATI, Stephanie also held roles as a Marketing Communications Manager, Marketing Strategy Manager, and Manager of Human Resources. Stephanie was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing cross-functional communications, and overseeing human resources activities.

Stephanie's most recent role at ATI is Senior Director of Human Resources, which they have been in since 2022.

Stephanie O'Connor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended McMinnville High School from 1991 to 1995. In 2017, Stephanie obtained a certification as a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management.
