Vlad Cristian is an experienced Operations Manager currently serving at Mitel since September 2023, following a long tenure at Atos from June 2011 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing operations teams in the Managed Services Division. Vlad Cristian also held various roles at Atos, including Operations Team Lead, focusing on strategic development for the Openscape Voice 4000 team, and began a career in software development and telecommunications engineering. Past positions include software development and testing for UNIFY telecom applications at Siemens ITS, ERP application development at BIT Software, and leading research and development for ERP solutions at c.a.r.u.s. HMS GmbH. Vlad Cristian holds a Master of Engineering in Digital Communication from "TRANSILVANIA" University in Brașov and a Diplomat Engineer degree in Electronics and Computers from the same institution.
