Nicki Cleveland, MSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nicki started their career as a Cardiac Care Unit Nurse at Stormont Vail Health in 2011. Nicki then worked as an Emergency Room Nurse at LMH Health from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they served as the Clinical Coordinator at North Central Kansas Technical College from 2013 to 2015. Afterwards, they joined Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems, where they held various roles including Intensive Care Nurse from 2015 to 2017, Nurse Manager from 2017 to 2023, and currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer.

Nicki Cleveland, MSN, RN has a diverse education history in the field of healthcare. Nicki completed their Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same university in 2014.

Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Nicki attended Cloud County Community College where they completed an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing in 2011. In 2010, they received a Practical Nursing Certificate from North Central Kansas Technical College.

In addition to their educational background, Nicki has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the healthcare field. Nicki has certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Experienced Provider (ACLS), Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). These certifications were obtained through institutions such as the American Heart Association and the Emergency Nurses Association.
