Angel Aardse is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of the Freelance Unit and a Business Analyst at Zorgwerk since August 2017. In the role of Business Analyst, Angel focuses on improving business efficiency through collaboration with the CIO, other analysts, and programmers. Previously, Angel held the position of Supervisor for the 'Bereikbaarheidsdienst,' leading a customer service team and facilitating interactions with customers and employees. As an Account Manager, Angel cultivated relationships with both new and existing clients. Angel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Complex Systems Engineering and Management from TU Delft, along with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Innovation Management and a Minor in Computer Science from Utrecht University, complemented by studies in Biology at Leiden University. Additionally, Angel participated as a consultant in the 2021 SSU program, working with companies such as Philips and Dialogic.
