Chrissy Broeckling, PHR, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Mississippi Lime Company since January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Business Partner at BJC HealthCare and Total Rewards Manager at Mills Properties, Inc., where notable achievements included reducing benefit premiums, increasing PTO, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives. Chrissy began the HR career as a Part-Time HR Assistant at Mills Properties while pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Central Methodist University.
