Kathleen (Kate) Merchant currently serves as the Manager of Global Talent & Development Projects at Quaker Houghton since September 2023. Previously, Kate held the position of Instructional Designer/Learning Leader at PEAC Solutions from August 2020 to May 2023, and worked for State Street from September 2006 to July 2019 in various roles, including Learning and Development Consultant, Corporate Learning Liaison and Trainer, AVP in Investment Manager Services (IMS), Business Control, AVP in IMS Division, and Business Continuity Manager, Officer. Kate is actively pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Design at Penn State Great Valley and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from The College of New Jersey.
