Juan Estevan Garcia has extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as a Process and Sustaining Engineer at Mission Solar Energy since June 2014, specializing in PECVD Tempress and PVD Tepla plasma etch. Prior to this role, Juan worked as a Process Specialist at Maxim Integrated Products from March 2004 to May 2014, focusing on metals, implant, CVD, and RTP processes. Juan's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Process Engineer at Sony from 1991 to 2003. Juan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
