Daniel Elkin is a creative professional with extensive experience in the fields of design, video production, and film. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Contracorriente Peru since December 2018, Daniel has focused on creating modern sock designs using premium Peruvian cotton while managing social media, website design, and advertising campaigns. Additional roles include bartending at Mission Mars and Peaky Blinders Manchester, and working as a Graduate Video Producer at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where Daniel managed post-production and supported web development. Daniel has contributed to various film projects as a writer, director, and editor, including the short films "Epilogue" and "Charlie, Charlie!" and gained hands-on experience as a 2nd Assistant Camera for the TV pilot #ACTORS. A graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA in Advertising and Brand Management, Daniel also worked as a freelance film critic for Live for Films.
