Ioana Teleanu is a Senior Product Designer specializing in AI at Miro since October 2023, where Ioana leads the design for the company's AI platform. As the Founder of UX Goodies and an educator and speaker, Ioana has been fostering design education since July 2018. Previously, at UiPath from January 2019 to October 2023, Ioana served as a Senior Product Designer, culminating in a role as Lead Product Designer for Clipboard AI, which earned recognition as one of TIME magazine's Best Inventions of 2023. Co-founding Mento Design Academy in July 2020, Ioana guided aspiring designers through their career transitions while focusing on growth strategies. Additional experience includes advising on experience design at UNFINISHED and consulting for various clients through Toptal. Earlier roles at ING spanned from UX Architect to Content Manager, contributing significantly to the HomeBank platform and its design evolution. Ioana holds a Master's degree in Project Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Management and Communications from respected institutions in Romania.
