Wilger Wolters is a seasoned Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in digital product design, currently employed at Mintra since May 2021, specializing in digital learning and Human Capital Management systems for safety-critical industries. Previously, Wilger held the role of Senior UX Designer at Safebridge GmbH from January 2019 to May 2021, focusing on digital crew competence management solutions. Early career positions include User Experience Designer at Informaat and project-based roles at ING Nederland and de Rechtspraak, along with interaction and visual design roles at Endemol, Telfort, and Tiscali. Wilger began the professional journey as a Webdesigner at 72dpi after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design from HKU (Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht) in 2002.
