Michael Dempsey, CSM, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technology management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Minted since February 2024, Michael previously held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager at MURAL, where oversight included two teams with 15 direct reports. Other notable roles include Software Engineering Manager at PowerDMS, Senior Manager of Development at SumTotal Systems, LLC, and Director of Engineering at a Stealth Startup, among others. Michael's experience spans significant leadership in front-end application development at accesso and technology management for e-commerce at The Walt Disney Company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Communication Science in Film and Literature from the University of Miami, completed between 1984 and 1988.
