Paul Weber has a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in various industries. Paul started their career in 1985 at ATK, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the fuzing group, primarily focused on developing new fuzing technologies and co-authored two fuze patents. In 1992, they joined Itron, Inc as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, responsible for the mechanical package design of meter reading devices for utility meters. Paul worked closely with utilities, meter manufacturers, and vendors to ensure the best production. From 1995 to 1996, they worked at Telex Communications as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, leading product development programs from conceptual design to readiness for production. At Phillips Plastics Corp, where they worked from 1996 to 2009, they served as a Principle Mechanical Engineer, specializing in the design of thermoplastic injection molded parts and other materials. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at pulse innovation as a Mechanical Engineer, designing medical and consumer products. Since 2011, they have been working at Minnetronix, Inc as a Mechanical Engineer. Overall, Paul has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, product development, and design.
Paul Weber attended Minnetonka Senior High from 1976 to 1979. Paul later pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Minnesota from 1981 to 1984, earning a BME (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering) in the field.
