Kjeld Lau Petersen is an experienced software development manager currently leading agile teams at 3Shape since September 2018, focusing on both existing and new software product components. Prior to this role, Kjeld spent 16 years at IBM Danmark ApS in various management positions, including senior managing consultant, people manager overseeing a diverse team of Oracle consultants, and Oracle services leader for Denmark, responsible for project allocation and skills development. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at PwC Consulting specializing in Oracle solutions and a system developer position at Dansk Data Elektronik, where expertise in UNIX and web-based solutions was cultivated. Kjeld holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Copenhagen.
