Shahmar Guliyev is a State Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Taxes, the Republic of Azerbaijan since December 2019. Previously, Shahmar held the position of Economist (Accountant) at the "Ganja Automotive Plant" Production Union from September 2017 to December 2019, where responsibilities included implementing more efficient physical inventory procedures and ensuring the accuracy of inventory reports. Shahmar holds a Master's Degree in Management from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, completed in 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Organizing of Industry from the same institution, earned in 2014.
