BG Sandra Alvey, USA, RET, has extensive experience in military and defense intelligence roles, serving in various capacities since 1987. Currently employed at the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Technology and Long Range Analysis civilian, Sandra has previously held significant positions such as Deputy Commanding General (Operations) at the 807th Medical Command and Brigade Commander and CBRN Subject Matter Expert at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. With a background in medical entomology, Sandra has also served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Armed Forces Pest Management Board and contributed to pandemic preparedness and bio-surveillance initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Entomology from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kaplan College.
