Suk-Jae Chang has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in international relations, technology, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Estonia in Korea since March 2021, Suk-Jae Chang also holds positions as a Member of the Management Board at Genoloam and a Senior Advisor at K-Challenge, which focuses on consultations between Korea and Nordic/Baltic States. Previous roles include CEO of Cocone and Cocone Korea, where the company leads in digital fashion; Executive Board Member of the Global Blockchain Policy Council; and founder of Fourthvalue and Jubilee Lab, both of which provided innovative tech solutions. Suk-Jae Chang's leadership extends to international camping as Chairman of the Asia Pacific Commission at the Federation of International Camping & Caravanning, with a strong academic background from Parsons School of Design.
