Walter James Venerable, III is a dedicated graduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on research related to alcohol's influence on sexual behavior and the calibration of Transdermal Alcohol Concentration sensors. With a strong background in research and community outreach, Venerable also serves as a Postbaccalaureate Research Assistant at ASU BARCA Lab. Previous experience includes alumni relations at the ASU Foundation, sales and marketing roles, and technical positions in plumbing and finance. Venerable holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
