ChiN is an experienced professional in the field of communication and community health, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Strategic Communications & Engagement at the Ministry of Finance (Singapore) since January 2024. With a longstanding tenure at the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) since May 2013, ChiN has advanced from an Executive role to Senior Manager, overseeing the Dementia-Friendly Singapore initiative and leading a team to foster a dementia-inclusive society. Prior experience includes a Public Relations Associate position at Stratagem Consultants, where responsibilities encompassed client servicing and media relations. ChiN holds a degree in Public Relations from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has completed an Executive Education Leadership Development Programme at NUS Business School.
