Juvenal Muhumuza currently serves as an Assistant Commissioner at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, a position held since January 2019. Previously, Juvenal held the title of Principal Economist within the same ministry. Juvenal's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Makerere University, along with an academic experience at Duke University in 2008.
